Roadmap

				We look at the future of low-power design technologies and methodologies. This requires a combined effort of specialists from academia and industries. The participants in the MARLOW network will select at least one key application class, of which they will try to forecast the future user requirements. By comparison of these needs with the current state-of-the-art, the main directions for research and development for a period of 5 to 8 years from now will be identified. This will enable the Consortium to present a document that will serve as a guideline for the community to be prepared for the emerging challenges in low-power technologies and methodologies as imposed by user expectations.
